Return Policy
You can initiate a return within 30 days of receiving your package. To be eligible for a return or refund, items must be unused and in their original packaging.

Return Shipping Costs
Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs. We recommend using a tracked shipping service, as we are not responsible for lost return packages.


Damaged Package?
If your package arrives damaged, please take a photo of the package and its contents immediately as proof. Send it to support@happylabubu.com along with your order number, so our customer support team can assist you.

Please note that this must be done within 24 hours of receiving your package. Otherwise, your claim may be considered invalid.


Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you by email if it has been approved. If so, you can expect your refund within 14 days, using the same payment method you used when placing your order.

If your refund is delayed, please check with your bank or payment provider first. If the issue isn’t on their end, feel free to reach out to us at support@bubumart.com.
